Are you a talented 3D Lighting Artist looking for an exciting opportunity? We’re looking for a creative individual to join our team — either as a freelancer or in a full-time position.

If you have proven experience and a strong portfolio that showcases your ability to bring projects to life with stunning lighting and visual effects, we’d love to hear from you!

Requirements:

• A strong portfolio showcasing your lighting work.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software (preferably in Houdini + Redshift).
• Outstanding artistic skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to meet project deadlines and work efficiently.
• Communicative English (allows you to read briefs and communicate effectively with non-Polish-speaking team members).

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating closely with art directors, supervisors, and producers to understand the vision and lighting requirements for projects.
• Using your expertise to craft stunning and realistic lighting setups in 3D environments.
• Maintaining the highest level of artistic and technical quality in all lighting work.
  Optimising lighting and rendering processes for efficiency and visual impact.

We are looking to hire either a freelancer or a full-time team member, depending on mutual fit and availability.
