Terms of service
These Terms govern the use of jobs.max3d.pl, company accounts, and the submission and publication of job listings.
1. Service provider and contact
The Service is provided and operated by kajda.com Adrian Kajda, Technologiczna 2, 45-839 Opole, Polish tax ID 637-193-99-09.
Contact, complaints and content notices: adrian.kajda@gmail.com.
2. Services
The Service enables visitors to browse jobs and company profiles, and enables authorised company representatives to create an account, maintain a company profile, prepare job drafts, submit them for moderation, publish approved jobs and close recruitment. Candidates may continue to an email address or external recruitment page selected by the company.
An Internet connection, a current browser supporting HTTPS, cookies and JavaScript, and an active email address for company accounts are required.
3. Company account
- An account may be created only by a person authorised to act for the company or organisation posting a job.
- Account and company information must be accurate, current and lawful.
- The user is responsible for password confidentiality and activity performed through the account.
- The account email must be confirmed. Email confirmation does not itself verify the company.
- The administrator verifies a company when approving its first job or manually. Verification is not an endorsement or a guarantee of solvency.
- An account closure request may be sent to the contact address. Data required for legal or evidentiary purposes may remain restricted for the necessary period.
4. Job submission and moderation
- One listing should describe one genuine role or clearly defined type of cooperation.
- A draft is not public until approved by the administrator.
- The administrator may approve, return for changes, reject or remove a listing that breaches the law, these Terms, third-party rights or the subject scope of the Service.
- The company will normally receive reasons for a restriction, unless legal or security considerations prevent this.
- A standard listing is currently published for 30 days unless another period is clearly shown. During its final 3 active days, the company may extend it by the next period available in the dashboard or close it earlier.
5. Prohibited content
Illegal, discriminatory, deceptive, abusive, unsafe, infringing, malicious, unrelated, duplicated or predominantly promotional content is prohibited. Links to an official company website or recruitment system are permitted. The company is responsible for having the rights required to use all submitted content.
6. Applications
- The Service does not receive or store candidate CVs or application forms.
- The Apply button reveals the recruitment email or redirects directly to a page selected by the company.
- The company or external recruitment provider is responsible for candidate data after that point.
- The Service is not a party to employment or cooperation agreements between candidates and companies.
7. Price and future paid services
Paid plans or promotional options may be introduced later. A company will be charged only after the full price, scope and duration are displayed and the company expressly selects the paid service. Holding an account or accepting these Terms does not constitute consent to future charges. Active free listings will not be charged retrospectively.
8. Liability and content rights
- The company is responsible for the legality, accuracy and currency of its listing and recruitment process.
- The provider operates the Service with due care but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or recruitment results.
- The company retains its content rights and grants the provider a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, format and display that content as necessary to provide the Service and promote the specific listing.
- The Service’s code, design and branding belong to the provider or are used under licence.
9. Complaints, notices and appeals
Service complaints and notices of illegal content may be sent to adrian.kajda@gmail.com. A content notice should identify the URL, explain the issue and provide contact details. We respond without undue delay and respond to complaints no later than within 14 days.
A company may appeal a moderation decision using the same address. This does not limit other legal remedies.
10. Changes and governing law
These Terms may change due to changes in law, functionality, security requirements or the introduction of paid services. Each version will state its effective date; material changes may also be communicated by email or through the dashboard. Changes do not affect acquired rights.
Polish law applies. Mandatory consumer and sole-trader consumer protections remain unaffected.
